About Positive Stays

Positive Stays helps property owners manage short term rentals with clarity and confidence.
We focus on systems, consistency, and thoughtful decisions that support long term performance.

WHAT WE DO

Short term rentals often look straightforward on the surface, but behind the scenes they can feel complex and overwhelming. Owners are balancing guest expectations, pricing decisions, ongoing maintenance, and day to day communication, often without a clear way to measure what is truly working.

Positive Stays exists to bring structure and calm to that process. We help owners move away from guesswork and toward informed decisions by focusing on clarity, preparation, and consistency.

Our goal is to make management feel more intentional and less reactive.

HOW WE APPROACH MANAGEMENT

We believe strong management starts long before a guest arrives and continues well after they leave. Rather than reacting to issues as they come up, we focus on setting clear standards, building repeatable systems, and addressing potential gaps early.

This approach helps reduce friction for guests and prevents recurring problems for owners. When the foundation is strong, stays run more smoothly and performance becomes easier to understand and maintain over time.

WHO WE WORK BEST WITH

Our work is guided by a few core principles that shape how we manage every property:

  • Consistency builds trust with guests and owners alike

  • Systems reduce stress and support long term stability

  • Small details compound and influence the overall experience

  • Clear expectations lead to better outcomes

These values help us stay focused on what matters most and ensure each property is managed with care and intention.
